DESCRIPTION:Grief is often one of those topics that we tend to avoid (becau
 se it’s uncomfortable and unclear)\, or misunderstand (because it’s a 
 topic we tend to avoid). In this month’s sharing circle\, we have an opp
 ortunity to explore the topic of grief\, share a personal story or reflect
 ion or insight related to grief\, and potentially reconcile some of our ow
 n grief.\nWe will explore questions such as:\n\n❤️‍🔥 What is your
  earliest memory of grief?\n❤️‍🔥 How and where does grief show up
  for you?\n❤️‍🔥 What is your relationship to grief/grieving?\n❤
 ️‍🔥 How has your relationship to grief evolved through the years?\n
 \nSharing is always optional\, and listening and holding space can be just
  as valuable and powerful. Listen to and honour your body and your own exp
 erience\, and come with an open heart\, and open mind\, and a willingness
