DESCRIPTION:Do you feel a silent pressure to keep moving? To stay productiv
 e\, be social\, keep going… at all costs?\n\nSlowing down can feel risky
 \, like something might be missed or lost.\n\nThat’s when urgency builds
 \, comparison creeps in\, and stress takes over.\n\nThis Connection Circle
  explores the cost of living at that pace\, and the benefits of slowing do
 wn- including clarity\, depth\, and a deeper kind of fulfillment.\n\nInspi
 red by the recent GMGD episode on escapism\, this is a space to look at th
 e subtle ways people disconnect from their own lives\, and how to feel mor
 e present.\n\nOverview\nGay Men’s Brotherhood Connection Circles are for
  gay men wanting a safe place to converse and share personal experiences. 
 Connect directly with other members of the community in a small\, intimate
  virtual setting.\n\nThe Connection Circles will foster conversation\, co
 llaboration and support from your fellow brothers. Our intention for this
  offering is to create a safe space where we can get to know one another m
 ore intimately and alleviate the loneliness and disconnection we see so mu
 ch in ourselves and our community.\n\nHere's how the connection circles wi
 ll work:\n\nWe will gather in one large group and the facilitator will rev
 iew ground rules and offer a topic with some discussion questions. We will
  then break off into small pods of 3 where you can share personal experien
 ces\, insights\, ask questions\, or provide support to others - just like
  we do on the Gay Men Going Deeper podcast!\n\nThis is perfect for those o
 f you who are too shy to speak up in the large groups during our sharing c
 ircles. Smaller groups allow for people to take the time to get to know on
 e another where friendships can form. This is also a great opportunity to
  connect with people that you might not otherwise connect with because t
 he pods will be assigned randomly.\n\nUnlike our Sharing Circles\, there i
 s an expectation to share at this event in the small pods.\n\nLooking forw
