SUMMARY:Your coming out process
DESCRIPTION:Coming out isn’t a one-time event. It’s a deeply personal\,
  ongoing journey of revealing\, reclaiming\, and reconnecting with who you
  truly are. For many gay men\, this process is layered\, filled with momen
 ts of courage\, but also fear\, grief\, shame\, and the need to belong. Ev
 en after we’ve “come out\,” parts of us can still feel hidden\, guar
 ded\, or not fully expressed.\n\nIn this connection circle\, we’ll creat
 e a safe\, supportive space to explore your unique coming out journey—pa
 st and present. Together\, we’ll unpack the impact it’s had on your se
 nse of self\, your relationships\, and your ability to feel fully seen. Th
 is is an opportunity to share your story\, be witnessed without judgment\,
  and begin releasing the parts of you that learned it wasn’t safe to be 
 fully authentic.\n\nYou don’t have to carry it alone anymore.\nOverview\
 nGay Men’s Brotherhood Connection Circles are for gay men wanting a safe
  place to converse and share personal experiences. Connect directly with o
 ther members of the community in a small\, intimate virtual setting.\n\nTh
 e Connection Circles will foster conversation\, collaboration and support
  from your fellow brothers. Our intention for this offering is to create 
 a safe space where we can get to know one another more intimately and alle
 viate the loneliness and disconnection we see so much in ourselves and our
  community.\n\nHere's how the connection circles will work:\n\nWe will gat
 her in one large group and the facilitator will review ground rules and of
 fer a topic with some discussion questions. We will then break off into sm
 all pods of 3 where you can share personal experiences\, insights\, ask qu
 estions\, or provide support to others - just like we do on the Gay Men G
 oing Deeper podcast!\n\nThis is perfect for those of you who are too shy t
 o speak up in the large groups during our sharing circles. Smaller groups 
 allow for people to take the time to get to know one another where friends
 hips can form. This is also a great opportunity to connect with people th
 at you might not otherwise connect with because the pods will be assigned
  randomly.\n\nUnlike our Sharing Circles\, there is an expectation to shar
 e at this event in the small pods.\n\nLooking forward to seeing you there
